Architûra Inc., was a registered "S"
Corporation in the State of California, established in 1992, with headquarters
near downtown San Jose.
The Corporation's two principal officers, Fernando Camargo and
Nicole Lynn Kucera had over 40 years of combined professional
experience in the San Francisco Bay area. The company had a professional
staff of four, plus independent engineering design consultants.
In the late 70's the firm was structured as partnership, named Camargo-Rivera
Design Group, operating in the State of Florida. Prior to becoming a
corporation in the early 80's the firm's sole proprietor was Fernando
Camargo, Architect with offices in the State of California. Later on
in the early 90's the firm was re-named to Architûra, and
officially became a California "S" Corporation.
The company provided architectural design services for a combined
total of 19 years. We have developed an outstanding professional reputation
with our corporate customers. This is attested by the fact that more
than 80% of our revenues are derived from repeat clients, because we
deliver what we promise, on schedule and within budget.
Architûra Corp. offered a full range of project management
services in addition to the traditional preparation of construction
documents.

Corp. (previoulsy known as Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Inc.),
